- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- Cream of chicken soup
- 1 container sour cream
- Egg noodles
- Salt & pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and remove. Sauté onion and garlic (add oil if needed). Sauté mushrooms. Add beef back in with cream of chicken soup salt and pepper. Heat through. Add sour cream and heat through, but don’t let it boil. Serve with egg noodles.
